EDI Maintenance Scheduled for the Weekend of May 4 - May 5

Blue KC’s EDI front-end vendor, Administrative Services of Kansas (ASK) will be performing maintenance during the weekend of May 4 through May 5. Please note the following details regarding this system maintenance:

  • This maintenance will cause a complete outage and all of ASK’s EDI systems will be inaccessible starting at 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 4 until midnight on Sunday, May 5.
  • This maintenance will NOT have any impact on the receipt or delivery of electronic claims (837s), electronic remittances (835s), or electronic acknowledgments (999 and 277CA).
  • However, Blue KC will NOT be able to receive or deliver any real-time eligibility (270 / 271) or real-time claim (276 / 277 ) inquiries during this time.
